The two prototype Dash 3 rebuilds were kept captive to the Huntington area for testing. They proved to be successful, were split up and have moved on.

Scrappers have torn into 4615. Doesn't take long to cut a locomotive down to fit into a scrap trailer.
Not much left of 8972. Scrappers have been carefully removing parts that can be reused, the rest will be hauled off by truck. Sad.
One of two SD60I's left in CR paint goes in for standard repair. She will be wearing new YN3 when she leaves.

9998 and 9999 run around their train of office cars Indiana and Illinois. The F40's made their maiden run today from Huntington to St. Albans and return.
