An over 5 hour late westbound Amtrak Cardinal makes a rare daylight appearance as it nears Cincinnati on its scenic journey along the Ohio River.

Amtrak's Cardinal bursts out of the fog that has settled along the Ohio River, passing the last C&O Cantilever along this route.
