This is the Pacific Electric Ballona Creek Bridge in the Baldwin Hills section of LA. These tracks haven't seen a train in close to twenty years since the Southern Pacific abandoned most of the Santa Monica Branch (a tiny segment still exists in downtown LA). All that will change soon, as Metro Rail's Exposition Line has begun construction and will be built through here. As it will require double tracking, I don't think the fate of this bridge looks good.
