Five Alco DL-630s, just a few months old and all with cab doors open, indicate Union Pacific mechanics and electricians were hurriedly pacing through the consecutive numbered units at Council Bluffs, Iowa shops on July 3, 1966. 2903-2900-2904-2902-2901.
