Remarks & Notes

Following the return of a Rail Ramble to the Philadelphia area, Reading's T-1 No. 2124 would return lite to Reading. It turned on the wye at West Falls. Here, after a visit with towerman Joe Coulter for a cup of his famous coffee, engineer Johnny Toro is getting set to head out the mainline at a time in the early 1960s when scenes such as this were not far removed from normalcy.
