| A CP rail train smokes up the brakes as it descends the grade off Kicking Horse Pass into Field, BC. The trio of vintage Geeps are headed up by GP7 no. 8418, which seemed far less common than the sister GP9s trailing. Even by 1978 CP Rail was dominated by SD40-2s on the mainline in British Columbia. |
