| One of two NRE 3GS21C's built (both for PHL), PHL 80 trails one of the more common MPI units on lite power that just moved a cut of containers from Pier A to Terminal Island to build an outbound train. The power is seen at CP-Dominguez, where it'll be around the wye to Berth 200 and the crew will tie up for the day. |
