A quartet of Alco and EMD power - RS3s and GP7s - lead a westbound down Falls grade through Bellevue Jct. in the East Falls section of Philly. This was either an empty hopper or an ore extra. GP7 No. 633 has been repainted into the cheery newer RDG colors in contrast to the drab workhorse colors of the first generation fleet (aside from the F units). The train is heading toward Reading, whereas the tracks in the foreground lead to Belmont and Park Jct., and are used by B&O trains exercising trackage rights to Jersey City. Switch rods extend from "FS" Tower on the opposite side of the Schuylkill River. Scanned from a print.
