What appears to be NS 2133 sits in front of the former Manufacturer's Railway engine house adjacent to the Anheuser-Busch brewery in downtown St. Louis. I can tell you that NS 2133 is currently an invalid roster number. In addition, I am not 100% sure this is a GP-38, but it looks close by my comparisons. Of course, a spray painted roster number would be questionable, but certainly interesting to investigate.
