Chicago & Illinois Midland EMD RS1325 No. 30, along with EMD SW1200 No. 20, sit outside near the railroad’s shop at Springfield, Illinois, in February 1984. Constructed by EMD in October 1960, C&IM had the only two RS1325s ever built. They are essentially an end-cab switcher on a longer frame with a GP20-style nose and Flexicoil trucks.
