Mail call! Soo (MNTX) 559 is getting ready to make a mail call at the museum in Osceola, WI in August of 2002.

Time for a facelift. Before MILW 261 became the star of the Midwest, she was at the Green Bay RR Museum. She certainly looks better now than when this photo was taken in June of 1983.

Remember the caboose? There are 2 of them trailing a military train as it heads east thru St. Francis Junction in March of 1987.

MILW Dynamometer Car X5000 rests in the Milwaukee Depot in March of 1987. I believe this went to the Illinois RR Museum.

LMX 8595 switches the BN yard in Eola, IL in July of 1991.

ELS 1223 leads a freight thru Rockland, MI on its way to Ontonogan, MI in July of 2000. The closing of the paper mill doomed this line and the rail has now been pulled up at this location.

MILW 2008 leads a colorful consist thru Oak Creek, WI on the C&M Division in December of 1985.

Via 6501 brings #72, the Point Pelee thru Bayview Jct. on a Beautiful day in May of 1988. F-units were made for passenger trains!

CNW 402 is off the rails at the engine facility in Marshalltown, IA in May of 1985. See photo 594929 for the companion photo of the engine being re-railed.

UP 9340 departs Cheyenne, WY in June of 1989 as a T-storm hammers the east side of town.

SOO/Lake States 2550 is crossing the ex-MILW at Hilbert Jct. in Wisconsin in July of 1987. The train is making its' was from Manitowoc to Plymouth, WI.

CNW 8647 is making a set-out at Mitchell Yard in Milwaukee in this photo taken in January of 1995. This was a very attractive scheme for the CNW.

CNW 8007 is just starting its' journey to Escanaba with a train of taconite as it ducks under Hwy M35 near Marquette in July of 1987. The engineer gives a friendly wave as he passes.
