Straightaways and partly cloudy days sometimes make numerous types of lighting on the same train. It sure was nice to see a CR then former demonstrator SD60 lashup on the 37Q.
VERY rare to see a six axle slug in Vardo. This freshly painted slug is coming from Juniata Shops and bound for Linwood, NC. Horsehead SD40-2 that are ex-N&W are rare too.
VERY rare to see KCS and TFM in Maryland. Interesting how there are 3 different types of SD70 in this consist (one spartan, one ACe, and one SD70MAC). Radio towers really stand out in night shot... (more)
