With station work complete, Amtrak's 2nd of 3 westbound Piedmonts of the day departs Cary with namesake unit RNCX 1871 on the point on a snowy Saturday morning.

The Cary Depot is usually a busy place with a variety of rail and bus passengers in the morning, but all is quiet after several inches of snow fell overnight as train 75 arrives.
