The Cumberland Helpers sit shut down in their pocket just west of the Amtrak Station. Thanks to the NS 68Q derailment, they haven't been called upon for over 8 hours.

E822 and other Mountain Sub coal drags are about all that enter Cumberland on the 21st, a result of the NS 68Q derailment that all but shutdown southwestern PA's railroads.

Finding this one was a nice surprise even with some skin cancer, I don't think there is too many left in the old Chessie scheme.
