Remarks & Notes
At 17:58, MARC 132 is 15 minutes late as it begins to slow for its scheduled 17:43 St. Denis station stop on April 20, 1987. Here, the Washington to Baltimore Camden Line commuter has just cleared the Thomas Viaduct.

The former B&O F7A 4580 (née B&O 937, built 01/1952) was sold to MK and shipped to Boise in 1975, later to be rebuilt (1980) by Morrison Knudsen and delivered as MDOT F9PH 7181. About 1988, it was overhauled at CSX/Huntington and renumbered to MARC 81, and continued to serve in MARC commuter train service for many years. After interim ownership, it was purchased (2006) by Norfolk Southern and rebuilt (2007) at JBS to NS F9A 4270.
