CSX AC4400 391 is departing Grafton, West Virginia, on the old B&O main line to Cumberland, Maryland. This is now CSXT's Mountain Sub, which has been in operation since 1852.

In the late 90's, CSX's small fleet of SD60's worked the former B&O out of Grafton. They were frequently covered in coal dust while working in helper service out of Burnsville on the Cowen Sub.
