Westbbound Trailer Train Q137 pops out of Brook Tunnel on the west slope of Sand Patch Grade. This former B&O tunnel is being reconstructed for CSX's double stack clearance project.
A former Seaboard System GP38 leads CSX eastbound Q384 up the West Slope of Sand Patch Grade. The dirt in the foreground is actually the abandoned WM right-of-way which is now a bike trail.
Eastbound S384 rounds the famous curve at Mance. The three engines represent the three railroads who have operated Sand Patch Grade: Chessie, B&O and CSX!
