MNAU rounds the curve east of Lamberton

Several of us were out on this beautiful March afternoon to view RCPE's Mankato, MN to Aurora, SD manifest. This was my first time actually chasing the RCPE, and I'll definitely do it again!

At sunset, the 661 continues west in Andover, now only about 30 miles from its destination in Aberdeen.

The local sweeps through the curve into the town of Bristol with a nice golden glow.

The 661 heads west through the cut at Ortley. Milwaukee Road sure made an interesting layout through here.

After finishing up work in Big Stone, the Aberdeen local hauls west up grade at Marvin. Fittingly, it had the green one leading on St. Patrick's Day.
