A couple autumns ago, BNSF's Lincoln to Northtown manifest crosses Washington Creek in Dassel, trailing 3rd is a GP7, NPR 1752.

After meeting their 3rd eastbound of the day, this ballast train departs Paynesville siding, putting on quite a smoke show. Ballast would be dumped later that night at Murray.

A loaded ballast train heads west on the Paynesville Sub at MP 39, with a KCS MAC leading the way. They would meet a few eastbounds on their journey west.
