Having just dropped off the conductor, L599 will pull ahead, cut off their Bradley and Prentice cars. Then they'll pull down to the Tomahawk Railways yard and drop off their set.
With the holiday day off, L599 was the first train north of Wausau after the storm and had to bust up several grade crossing drifts.
Wisconsin Central SD45 7506 (ex- BN) leads rare SDP45 6634 (ex-Erie Lackawanna 3656) into Canadian Pacific's Humboldt Yard with a transfer from New Brighton.

The SDL39 was a branch line diesel built only for the Milwakee Road. To save weight the units used export C trucks and a Turbo-charged 12 cylinder engine.
The A416 kicks up snow as it nears Dale on CN's Neenah Sub. This train has locomotives on both ends to eliminate the need for a runaround to make the run up towards Green Bay.
